Letter from the University Liason
Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Kirsten Boer, and it is with great pleasure that I introduce myself as the University Liaison for the 2010 Inter-Collegiate Business Competition (ICBC) Executive. I am a fourth year student in the Commerce program at Queen’s, and had an incredible time as a Team Host at ICBC 2008. I am looking forward to another fantastic year of competition in 2010.
It is with great enthusiasm and excitement that I officially invite you and your school to participate in the 2010 Inter-Collegiate Business Competition. The Executive Team is already extremely hard at work to ensure the continued success of the competition, and to ensure that 2010 brings even more enjoyment to all involved. We believe that your participation in the competition will increase the quality, diversity, and overall excellence of the competition, and we look forward to receiving your application.
For schools new to ICBC, this package is designed to also be an introduction to the competition. For those schools returning again this year, please pay special attention to the event descriptions as you’ll see that the Labour Arbitration event has been replaced with an exciting new event, Human Resources.
I wish you the best of luck beginning a new academic fall term, and look forward to corresponding with you over the months leading up to ICBC, as well as taking you through the registration process.
