The Marketing Event Judges

Rob Jack

 

Rob Jack, P.Eng.

Rob Jackis Manager, Marketing for TransCanada Corporation’s Canadian
& Eastern U.S. Pipelines – leading a team of marketing communications
professionals based in Calgary, Alberta.

Since joining the company in 1988, Rob has held management roles in
marketing, human resources, customer sales and service, pipeline system
design, regulatory, and field operations, as well as strategic planning for
domestic and international business units. Rob started his career as a consulting
engineer – co-managing a Vancouver office and leading a team of mechanical
engineers for Syncrude in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Rob is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and
Geophysicists of Alberta and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Alberta.

   

Brian Kelly

 

Brian Kelly

Brian Kelly is the Manager, Market Affairs for TransCanada. He is responsible
for day-to-day commercial operations of TransCanada’s power generation
business in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes. Mr. Kelly is also responsible
for regulatory matters in electricity and natural gas markets throughout
Eastern Canada. He has testified on behalf of TransCanada before the National
Energy Board, Ontario Energy Board and the Regie de l’Energie in Quebec on
challenges facing both of these markets.

Mr. Kelly joined TransCanada in 1992 and has over 17 years of experience
in both the natural gas pipelines and electricity sectors. He is also a member
of the Board of Directors of the Association of Power Producers of Ontario
(APPrO) and the Power Marketers Council of the Canadian Electricity
Association (CEA).

Mr. Kelly graduated from Carleton University in 1995 and holds an MBA from
the University of Toronto.

   
 

Jeff Stilwell

Jeff Stilwell is in his 11th season as the Director of Marketing, Public, Media and Player Relations with the Kingston Frontenac Hockey Club of the Ontario Hockey League. His roles includes the development of sponsorship opportunities for corporate clientele, the Club’s online and print advertising campaigns, and serving as media advisor to players and coaching staff. In addition, Jeff has also been involved with the 2008 World Junior exhibition games and Kingston’s 2008 Memorial Cup bid. He is currently preparing for the OHL All-Star Classic taking place February 2010 and Kingston's 2011 Memorial Cup bid.

Mr. Stilwell graduated from the University of Manitoba in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Canadian History and Geography. Outside of work, Jeff volunteers at the Church Athletic League for hockey and at the Kingston United Soccer Club.  He is married to Vicki and they have three children, Hannah, Duncan, and Kardy.
