Title Sponsor of the QCC Dinner

QCC ends with a Final Dinner and puts the sponsors’ representatives in direct contact with over 200 Queen’s student competitors and volunteers. This dinner guarantees your organization a valuable networking opportunity with senior students, and valuable exposure to first years who will begin building positive associations with your company’s culture early on in their university careers. You will be included in all publications associated with the event and will have a significant speaking opportunity.

As the formal welcome to the Final Round, your organization will have the opportunity to kick start a memorable weekend. Your organization will be recognized in the opening speech given by the Executive Director of the Queen’s Commerce program, and then you will have the opportunity to speak to the over 220 assembled competitors, judges, sponsors, executive, and volunteers. The Opening Banquet serves as a remarkable first impression for all in attendance at the Final Weekend.

The Final Banquet is simply thrilling. Everyone enters the event brimming with enthusiasm, and as the award ceremonies progress the excitement continues to grow. Competitors, judges, sponsor reps, and volunteers socialize, celebrate, and enjoy each other’s company. Your organization will have the opportunity to provide a final word and to say “See you next year” to everyone at the event. This night to remember will ensure that the positive association with your firm will extend far beyond the dates of the Final Weekend.

The Preliminary Round allows students from across Canada and abroad to compete for a position in the Final Round. Last year, over 300 competitors from over 30 schools applied. Becoming our corporate partner will allow you valuable access to all our competitors, and the opportunity to send them recruitment materials. This accompanies the wide range of additional benefits of platinum sponsorship.

Our Wine and Cheese is the first official welcome to I.C.B.C.’s Final Round. Competitors, volunteers, advisors, executive, and fellow sponsors from around the nation are excited to be meeting for the first time. Your company representatives will be introduced for easier approachability and invited to make a keynote address. Your company will be highlighted in all publications associated with the event.

The Competitors’ Dinner is a relaxed and social event. Students from across Canada and around the world get to know each other, and have a great opportunity to speak with sponsors. The sponsor of the Competitors’ Dinner will be able to speak in a more casual setting. Your company’s name will brand the event that is traditionally hosted at a popular Kingston restaurant, Fanatics.

To maximize the interaction between corporate representatives and competitors in their discipline, we offer the opportunity to sponsor each of the individual competitive events listed in both letters earlier in the package.
